Michelle Rolfe (she/her) is a Producer & Access Consultant specialising in accessible productions. Michelle is the Producer for Birds of Paradise Theatre Company.

Recent productions include the multi-award-winning, Fringe sold-out production; My Left Right Foot – The Musical and Purposeless Movements; part of the Edinburgh International Festival.

She also delivers training on Disability Equality and Creative Access training within a UK & international setting.

Michelle is also a Co-Director for Stage Sight, whose vision is to create an off-stage workforce that is more reflective of our society today, inclusive of ethnicity, class and disability.
