The PMF offers a Mentoring Scheme to its members.
The scheme aims to support aspiring, early and mid-career Production and Technical Managers.
We have a pool of experienced professionals who are keen to develop the Production and Technical Managers of the future.
If you are interested in becoming either a Mentor or a Mentee, download our Mentoring Information pack here.
To sign up for the scheme take a look below.
Becoming a Mentor can be an extremely rewarding way to help develop future Production and Technical Managers.
Each mentoring relationship will be bespoke to the individual Mentor and Mentee, however at the minimum there would be a monthly meeting, either in person or using video conferencing, where you will support your Mentee and set goals in order to develop their career. You will also be the person for them to email to ask for advice away from the set mentoring meetings.

The Production Managers’ Forum mentoring scheme is an opportunity for future Production and Technical Managers to gain from the wide experience base of PMF members.
You could be early, middle, or late in your career. Or you could potentially be looking to make the move from another area into production management.
We will work to match you up with an appropriate Mentor based around the information you provide on the sign up form. As a Mentee, you will then be responsible for organising the first meeting.
