Mentoring

The Production Managers’ Forum have launched a mentoring scheme to support aspiring and early career production managers. We have a pool of experienced production managers who are keen to develop the production managers of the future.

If you are interested in either becoming a mentor or a mentee, for all the information and to sign up for the scheme take a look below.

Being a Mentor

Becoming a mentor can be an extremely rewarding way to help develop future Production Managers.

To find out more about what being a mentor entails and how we can support you in the mentoring relationship download our mentor information pack.

Each mentoring relationship will be bespoke to the individual mentor and mentee however at the minimum there would be a monthly meeting, either in person or using video conferencing, where you will support your mentee and set goals in order to develop their career. You will also be the person for them to email to ask for advice away from the set mentoring meetings.

If you would like more information then don’t hesitate to get in touch by emailing info@productionmanagersforum.org
