Lars Davidson works at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in their technical support department helping students learn practical skills, realise their projects, and discover how cool technical theatre can be.

Previously she toured with contemporary dance (including The Akram Khan Company and The Hofesh Shechter Company) as a stage manager or relighter.

She is currently finishing a master’s in education, writing her dissertation on how harassment and bullying (particularly when it relates to sexism) are perceived and reported in backstage courses in higher education.
