Punchdrunk is recruiting a Production Manager position to oversee and manage all the production processes and departments of the charity’s activities.

This includes:
• Small to medium-scale UK productions for families or communities
• Projects in schools, installation or non-installation based
• Community engagement projects in non-theatrical spaces
• Research & development projects

The Production Manager will manage specific projects from beginning to end, or establish freelance production teams to successfully deliver other projects in a growing programme. Punchdrunk’s projects are complex involving nonlinear narratives, intricate and significant set- builds, varied freelance teams, intensive scheduling, partner management and essential attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Production Manager who will relish the challenge of making ambitious work with collaborative teams, and has a rigorous, innovative and positive approach to production management.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Contract: Full-time, permanent (flexible working considered for the right candidate)

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday per annum, rising to a maximum of 30 days for every year worked + UK bank holidays (Holiday year runs 1 April to 31 March)

Pension: 5% employer contribution, following completion of probation period

Working hours: Standard 40 hours (including lunch break) per week Monday to Friday (usual office hours 10am-6pm). Due to the nature of the role, some evening or weekend work may be required for which TOIL will be available

Probation period: Two months, during which either party may terminate the contract with two weeks’ notice. Notice period is two months following the successful completion of the probation period

Place of work: Punchdrunk offices, currently in Tottenham Hale, north London. NB The Punchdrunk offices will relocate to Woolwich, south-east London – exact date TBC
