Salary Range: £34,230 – £38,730 (including London Weighting) per annum depending on experience/performance

The Creative Learning Technical Production Manager will co-ordinate the technical delivery of a diverse programme of Creative Learning work at the Barbican and offsite, working in conjunction with the Creative Learning producers, curators and project managers. They will also contribute to the Technical and Production management of the Level G programme across the Barbican’s public spaces.

Our Barbican Guildhall Creative Learning programme supports people of all ages and backgrounds to discover their creative voice and access world-class arts for free.

Ranging from workshops, events and talent development programmes that give people their first taste of the arts, to those that enable existing artists to push the boundaries of their practice, all Creative Learning projects are designed to bring people together and equip them with new skills and confidence.

Candidates should have a good understanding of the practice of arts education, good knowledge of all aspects of arts events production and a track record in technical management of creative arts events.

You will need to have a proven track record of relevant experience, a passion for the arts and be an excellent communicator, able to liaise with artists, producers, participants and students  and also have excellent organisational and administrative skills.
